• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refunds

4. Replacements

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If the order is cancelled after payment but before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
